A detachable leg system that changes how pallets work.
The "Cup Saddle" is the world's first patented pallet stand with detachable legs.
Components
① FIX3RD (Cup Saddle)
These are the leg parts. Two types are available: cup height of 100mm and 55mm.
② Plate (Surface material)
You can choose the most suitable material for your product from options such as particleboard, cardboard, MDF, and honeycomb.
Simply insert the cup saddles into the plate, and the 3RD pallet is complete.
When we deliver the product, we can either deliver it as a fully assembled product or as an unassembled (disassembled) product to make efficient use of transportation space.

Part 1: FIX3RD (Cup & Saddle)
FIX3RD can be used with any material.
It's a next-generation pallet component that can be installed simply by drilling the required holes.
Specifications
Standard cup, 100mm height (available for sale)
Low-profile cup, 55mm height (coming soon)
This saddle can be used with both standard and low-profile cups.

Part 2: Plate size and surface material
Because pallets can be freely customized in size, you can create pallets that perfectly fit the size of your products. This allows you to maximize storage and transport space and efficiently reduce transportation costs.

Use a plate
Particleboard is made by crushing wood into small pieces and pressing them together. Because it contains no raw wood that can carry pests, it is exempt from ISPM15 fumigation and heat treatment. You can export it worldwide with no extra treatment — and no extra cost or waiting time.

Cardboard / Honeycomb plate
Corrugated cardboard and honeycomb boards are made from paper, not wood — so they cannot carry pests. They are exempt from ISPM15 fumigation and heat treatment, and can be exported worldwide with no extra treatment.

3RD pallets are cheaper than wood, support up to 1.5 tons, and are easy to recycle. They are perfect for one-way export shipments because they lower costs and improve shipping efficiency.
■Standard cups can be used without any problems with both hand lifts and forklifts.
