How do FiX3RD pallets contribute to logistics efficiency?
The modular design reduces storage space when not in use and improves loading efficiency during transport. This results in cost savings and improved operational efficiency.
Can I use a forklift or hand lift?
Yes, both hand lifts and forklifts can be used without any problems.Pallet heights start from 120 mm.
What are the possible insertion directions for the forks of a forklift?
Both 2-way and 4-way configurations are available (depending on the plate size).
Can I choose the material (plate)?
Yes, you can choose from various materials depending on your application, such as cardboard plates, honeycomb plates, particle plates, and MDF plates. The plate size can also be freely customized.
Are there a maximum and minimum size for the pallet?
The standard size is 1100 x 1100 mm, but custom sizes are also available. Please contact us for details.
Why is fumigation unnecessary for particleboard plates?
Particleboard is a processed wood product made by compressing wood chips at high temperature and pressure, so pests, insect eggs, and fungi are completely killed during the manufacturing process. Therefore, it is exempt from fumigation under the provisions of the International Plant Protection Convention (ISPM15) and can be used as is for export pallets.
Is any special modification required to attach the Fix Third to the plate?
Installation is possible simply by drilling holes in the designated locations. No special processing is required.
Is it possible to purchase only the foot portion (Fix Third)?
We generally do not sell items individually, but we may be able to accommodate requests depending on the quantity.Please contact us for details.
How many legs can be attached to the FixSard? How many are recommended?
The standard number is 5. The number can be adjusted depending on the weight and distribution of the cargo.
What is a belt conveyor sandwich?
It consists of two cups, one saddle, and two plates. Each unit can support a maximum load of 1,400 kg, equivalent to a double unit, and effectively prevents sagging when stacked.
Can the number of legs on a fixed third be changed?
Yes, the standard is 5 bolts, but the number can be adjusted depending on the weight and distribution of the cargo.
What is the maximum load capacity per fixed third?
This varies depending on the configuration. A single conveyor has a maximum load capacity of 700 kg, while a double belt conveyor sandwich has a maximum load capacity of 1,400 kg. In a 5-leg single configuration, the entire pallet can be loaded with a maximum of 2 tons.
Is there a usable temperature range? Can it be used in a cold storage warehouse?
It varies depending on the material. Please contact us if you require freezing.
Can it withstand outdoor storage? Is it weather-resistant?
Particleboard is not suitable for long-term outdoor storage. We recommend using it indoors in a covered container.
Do you handle exports outside of Thailand?
Yes, we can do that. Shipping costs will be quoted separately.
